T2GNexus

Terms of Service

Effective date: June 18, 2026.

These terms describe the baseline rules for using T2GNexus as a private HR operations workspace.

Use of the service

T2GNexus is a private HR operations workspace intended for approved users acting for the organization that operates the workspace.

You may use T2GNexus only for legitimate internal HR, people, calendar, and administrative workflows authorized by that organization.

Accounts and access

Access may require Google sign-in and an active T2GNexus directory record. The organization operating T2GNexus controls who is allowed to use the workspace.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure and for using the service only within your granted role and permissions.

Acceptable use

You may not use T2GNexus to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse another person's account, or submit unlawful or abusive content.

You may not attempt to extract, resell, or publicly expose private HR or employee information from the workspace without authorization.

Data and service operation

T2GNexus processes workspace and account information as described in the Privacy Policy. The service may rely on hosting, database, authentication, and related infrastructure providers to operate.

Features, availability, and retained records may change as the organization operating T2GNexus updates the service.

Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or removed if it is no longer authorized, if misuse is suspected, or if continued access would create a security, privacy, or operational risk.

Disclaimers

T2GNexus is provided on an as-available basis for internal operational use. To the extent allowed by law, no guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

Changes

These terms may be updated as T2GNexus changes. Continued use of the workspace after updates means the revised terms apply to your use of the service.
