T2GNexus is a private HR operations workspace used to manage team tasks, calendars, people records, and administrative workflows.

This site is intended for approved users invited by the organization operating T2GNexus.

Depending on how the workspace is configured, T2GNexus may process your name, email address, role, team assignment, profile data returned by Google during sign-in, and the work items or calendar records you create or manage inside the app.

If Google sign-in is enabled, authentication is handled through Google OAuth and the app may receive account identity data needed to sign you in and keep your session active.

T2GNexus uses this information to authenticate users, enforce role-based access, show the correct HR workspace data, and support task, people, calendar, and admin workflows.

We do not use Google account data for unrelated advertising purposes.

Information is shared only with the systems and service providers needed to operate T2GNexus, such as hosting, authentication, database, and email infrastructure when those services are enabled.

Information may also be disclosed when required to comply with law, protect the service, or investigate abuse or security issues.

Account and workspace records are retained for as long as needed to operate the HR workflow, meet legal or operational obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary based on the organization running T2GNexus and the type of record involved.

T2GNexus uses access controls and authenticated sessions to limit access to approved users. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but reasonable steps are taken to protect the information processed by the app.

If you need access, correction, or deletion help related to your T2GNexus account or HR records, contact the organization or administrator who gave you access to the workspace.

This policy may be updated from time to time as T2GNexus changes. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
